- live terminal streaming
- automatic phase progression across research, plan, implement, and review

### [Self-Hosted Team Sync](https://knowns.sh/docs/roadmap#self-hosted-team-sync)

The repository README also lists an optional self-hosted sync layer for teams that want collaboration without giving up local-first workflows.

Planned goals include:

- real-time visibility into who is working on what
- shared knowledge across tasks and documentation
- full data control through self-hosting

The local project and `.knowns/` data remain the source of truth.
